His intensive research in minimally invasive and robotic surgery has resulted in multiple journal publications as well as Dr. Sierra presenting at both national and international conferences for his unique expertise. Dr. Sierra obtained his medical degree at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and did an internship at Tel Aviv University Sheba Medical Center in Israel. He spent seven years at Tulane University, Louisiana completing his surgical residency and specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
