Well worth the read:

I had a consultation with ANOTHER hair transplant clinic in early July 2024 (Care4Hair). They recommended & quoted me for 2500 follicles for which I paid IN-FULL, 3 weeks before my flight to Miami, to have my pre-op consultation in preparation for my procedure the following day. I paid over USD $10,000.00 in expenses for this trip, the SOLE PURPOSE being repairing my thinning hairline.

On Pre-op day, Care4Hair took all my blood work and vitals, made me sign 10+ consent forms and prescribed me medication which I bought, which I would need to start taking prior to-, as well as after-, the procedure. On pre-op day, they also thoroughly examined my scalp and determined I was a perfect candidate for the procedure and gave me an early morning appointment to return on the procedure date (the next day)

After being an hour early on procedure day, anxious to get the procedure out of the way & after THEY COMPLETELY SHAVED more than an inch of my hairline EAR TO EAR, as well as my donor area they admitted to being uncomfortable with doing the procedure again because they were afraid I didn’t have enough donor hair, and instead suggested I use the rest of my time in Miami to “do touristy activities and have fun” with a horribly shaved hairline which made me not even want to even be seen in public. My issue with them was that they should have shaved the ONLY the donor area which is easier to hide and then evaluated the situation before completing shaving my hairline which is the first thing everyone sees when the make eye contact with you.

Anyway! The day after experiencing this depressing trauma, I called Dr. Sierra’s Robotic Hair Institute, spoke with the most compassionate and understanding physician (Dr. Meta), who took the time to listen to my story sincerely empathizing with my prior traumas and instantly set-up a virtual consultation for me with Dr. Sierra who was similarly as compassionate and understanding. I was instantly scheduled by his team for an urgent procedure appointment 2 days later and I am absolutely ecstatic and over-satisfied with the wonderful job done by him and his other supporting team, Dr. Meta, nurses Margo and Brianne. He fed me a healthy and tasty meal of my choosing and constantly checked on me see that that I felt hydrated and comfortable and remained pain free. In the end he provided me with a goodie bag containing all the material I would need to utilize for a seamless and flawless recovery, things that I thought I would need to purchase myself.

I myself am a medical doctor for 8 years and I highly recommend him and his team for his unmatched customer service and his ability to achieve what other hair transplant surgeons shy away from. His experience, skill and expertise is second to none!

I recently had a beard transplant at sierra robotic, and I am already impressed with their service. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, was handled with utmost professionalism. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic's facilities were top-notch and very clean.

Wanted to do a review with an update of robotic FUE. It's been 8 months, and full coverage has been achieved!  I love the feel,  and natural appearance of my hair. This is a beautiful top notch medical office. I order my Nutrafoil from Dr. Meta. She was sympathetic and kind when I shared my concerns of hair thinning due to perimenopause and stress.
